With over 15 years of experience in helping competitors prepare for the stage, the Ultimate Beauty Team is trusted by the ICN. We understand the unique demands of the competition and the importance of looking your best. Our goal is to make your appointments easy and convenient, so we have set up three pre-tanning locations in South, Central, and North for your initial tanning session which is on the Friday, the day before the ICN show.
Located in our private room at the Perth Convention Centre's Riverside Theatre, we provide a stress-free environment where all your beauty needs will be met. Our dedicated team will support you throughout the competition, offering touch-up packages and general care. We are here to assist you with outfit changes and any other requirements you may have.
Booking Process & Further Information:
Booking with the Ultimate Beauty Team is simple and straightforward. Visit our website and use our online booking system to secure your appointment Fill out the booking form with your information, including the division/s you are competing in, so we can schedule the most suitable time for you on the day. Don't worry if you're unsure about the timing or location; we will double-check your division and ensure you are satisfied with the designated times.
Prices for all our packages are clearly indicated on the form. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred pre-tanning session time and location. We offer flexible time slots from 10 am to 9 pm at our three convenient locations: Wattleup (South), Highgate (Central), and Wanneroo (North). For the final tanning session, we recommend choosing a time that allows you to finish at least 2 hours before you are scheduled to be on stage.
Please allocate sufficient time for your appointments: approximately 30-40 minutes for tanning sessions (both pre-tan and final session), 1 hour and 30 minutes for hair and make-up, and up to 2 hours for the ultimate package (hair, make-up, and tanning).
On the day of your final appointment, head to the Perth Convention Centre's Riverside Theatre, the competition venue. Our staff will be available to guide you and ensure a smooth experience. As per the ICN's request, we kindly ask that no friends or family members enter the dressing rooms while we prepare you for the stage.
Once you complete the online booking form, you will receive an email confirmation within 5-20 minutes. Please check your junk inbox if you don't see it in your primary inbox. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours, please reach out to us at booknow@ultimatebeauty.com.au or contact us directly at 0458 549 650. Rest assured, we have your information and will reserve your spot in our system. You will receive a call and emails through-out the booking process and a final booking confirmation email between 5 - 3 weeks prior to the show. If you require your booking times prior to this date, we are more than happy to verbally confirm them until you receive the official email.
Deposits are required to secure your booking. Detailed deposit information will be provided via email once you complete the booking process. Please note that deposits must be paid to secure your booking.

Here's a breakdown of our package offerings:

Tanning: Our tanning package includes two sessions. The first session takes place on Friday, before the ICN show at one of our three pre-tanning locations (South, Central, or North). The final tanning session is scheduled on Saturday, ICN show day, at the competition venue. We use the renowned muscle tan product to achieve a flawless and natural-looking tan.

Hair & Make-up: Our hair and make-up package encompasses full eye make-up, matching foundation, contouring, lips, and your choice of strip lashes. Hair styling includes any hair look of your choice and if you have permanent hair extensions or clip-in extensions, styling of your own extensions are included.

Touch-up packages: For men, our touch-up package includes all tanning, men's face make-up, tanning touch-ups on the day, and glazing oil by the Ultimate Beauty Team. For women, the tanning and glazing touch-up package includes tanning touch-ups and glazing, if needed. Clients who have booked the styling packages, the touch-up package covers touch-ups for the service that you have booked. For example if you have booked the Ultimate Package (make-up, hair & tanning + touch-ups) you will get all tanning, make-up, hair touch-ups, and glazing at the show as required.

As your competition approaches, we will provide you with additional information to help you prepare, you will receive a final confirmation email containing details about skincare preparation, attire recommendations, and your specific times and locations.
The week of your pre-tanning session, we will send you an informative guide explaining what to expect after the session and what is considered normal.
